Minley HIVE will be closed from 10 March 2016, and will be unmanned until recruitment of a new HIVE Information Support Officer is completed.

Information on this blog will be updated at regular intervals but cannot be guaranteed to be current until the new HIVE Information Support Officer is in post.

CarillionAmey - Change of Opening Times

Change to existing service - 
From 1st March, CarillionAmey, are changing their opening times for their complaints and compliments call line, the 0800 707 6000 option 5 number,at the Helpdesk.  

On the Option 5 service, calls will now be answered between 0830hrs to 1700hrs.  CarillionAmey want to make sure that families who have raised complaints receive clearer responses and in order to do this we need our complaints handlers to spend quality time looking into each complaint to provide more informed responses to each customer. 

This change is intended to improve our customer service to you, our customers.

Send-a-Hug : Little Troopers


As a charity Little Troopers have recently relaunched their new Separation Packs and Send a Hug Kits for military families. These are tangible resources to help the British Army through repeated separation periods from their service person.

CarillionAmey Self Help Guides - Electricity, Radiators and Boilers


These films provide simple instructions to assist customers with 
everyday household issues that they can try and fix themselves. However, 
if at any stage a customer feels uncomfortable or unsure with 
the suggested actions they should contact the 
Helpdesk on 0800 707 6000 (Option 1) for assistance.


•Electricity - shows the viewer how to reset the electric trip switch.

•Radiators - shows the viewer how to bleed a radiator.

•Boiler - shows the viewer how to reset a boiler.
